PRIVACY POLICY

PERSONAL DATA PROCESSING INFORMATION CLAUSE

CONKRET Z.R. TREJDEROWSCY SP.J.

Under Articles 13.1 and 13.2 of Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 27/04/2016 on the protection of natural persons with regard to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data, and repealing Directive 95/46/EC (General Data Protection Regulation, UE OJ L. of 2016, No 119, p. 1), hereinafter referred to as GDPR, we would like to inform that

  1. Controller of your personal data is Conkret Z.R. Trejderowscy Sp. j. with its registered office in Wielkie Rychnowo, 87-410 Kowalewo Pomorskie, registered in the register of entrepreneurs of the District Court in Toruń with a KRS No.: 0000120366, VAT No.: 8781551809, REGON: 871161237, (hereinafter: CONKRET)..

  3. CONKRET collects and processes personal data for the following purposes:

    1. for the purposes of the legitimate interests pursued by CONKRET as the controller (Article 6.1.f, GDPR), and in particular for:

      1. providing services to its Customers;

      2. settling disputes, pursuing claims, and handling complaints;

      3. marketing of CONKRET services;

      4. running of analytical and statistical activities;

      5. optimising of offered services and products;

      6. Customer service;

      7. Customer satisfaction surveys, and a level of satisfaction of our Customers with our services and products;

      8. ensuring teleinformation security associated with the website www.CONKRET.pl;

    2. performing agreements concluded by CONKRET with its Customers, cooperation with suppliers and other entities with which CONKRET cooperates as a part of its activities (Article 6.1.b, GDPR);

    3. to perform legal obligations of CONKRET imposed by relevant legal regulations (Article 6.1.c, GDPR);

    4. to recruit people interested in working at CONKRET or starting cooperation with CONKRET under a civil law agreement (Articles 6.1.a and 6.1.c, GDPR).

  4. Your personal data will or can be transferred to our subcontractors, i.e., entities which services we use as a part of our activities, including legal offices, banks, IT companies providing us with IT solutions, accounting companies, insurers, advertising agencies, as well as other entities processing personal data under an agreement of engagement for processing of personal data.

  5. Your personal data will not be transferred to any third country (a country from outside of the European Economic Area) or international organisation.

  6. Your personal data will be retained until :

    1. all legitimate interests of CONKRET as the controller are implemented;

    2. expiry of statutory limitation periods associated with performance of the agreement, in relation to which the personal data are processed;

    3. expiry of statutory limitation period for obligations imposed by relevant legal regulations;

    4. notifying objections to processing of personal data for marketing purposes.

  7. Furthermore, as CONKRET conducts a visual monitoring at its facilities, we would like to inform that we collect your personal data in form of your image, for legitimate interests of CONKRET as the controller, i.e., to ensure safety of CONKRET employees and Customers, and their property, and to settle disputes, pursue claims, and handle complaints (Article 6.1.f, GDPR).

  8. You are entitled to access your personal details, to rectify them, to request them to be deleted or to limit their processing, as well as have a right to move your data. To purse your rights, please send your request in writing to: Conkret Z.R. Trejderowscy Sp.j., Wielkie Rychnowo, 87-410 Kowalewo Pomorskie with an annotation ‘personal data’, or in an electronic form to:  daneosobowe@conkret.com.pl.

  9. Your personal data in form of your image will or may be transferred to a legal office, law enforcement services, courts, and public administration bodies.

  10. Your personal data will not be transferred to any third country (a country from outside of the European Economic Area) or international organisation.

  11. Your personal data will be retained until monitoring recordings are overwritten, however, no longer than for 1 (one) month of a date of its recording.

  12. By remaining at the CONKRET facilities, you give your consent to processing of your personal data in form of your image.

  13. You have a right to object to further processing of your personal data. To purse your rights, please send your request in writing to: Conkret Z.R. Trejderowscy Sp.j., Wielkie Rychnowo, 87-410 Kowalewo Pomorskie with an annotation ‘personal data’, or in an electronic form to: daneosobowe@conkret.com.pl.

  14. When we process your data on a basis of your consent, you have a right to withdraw that consent at any moment. A statement on withdrawal of your consent to processing of your personal data can be submitted in writing, by sending it to the address of Conkret Z.R. Trejderowscy Sp.j., Wielkie Rychnowo, 87-410 Kowalewo Pomorskie with an annotation ‘personal data’, or in an electronic form to: daneosobowe@conkret.com.pl.

  15. You are entitled to complain to the President of the Personal Data Protection Office when you decide that processing of your data is in breach of GDPR.

  16. Your personal data is provided on a fully voluntary basis, however, if you refuse to provide us with these data, we may not be able to contact you or perform a service.
