EXTENDED TECHNOLOGICAL PROCESS of regranulate production
PLASTIC WASTE PROCESSING
Recycling and processing
of used sheet / foil into ready Contalen regranulate is a multi-stage process. It is not limited to disintegration, feeding to extrusion moulding system, plasticization and granulation.
It also includes elimination of solid and fibrous pollutants, such as: metal and wood chips, paper or textile fibre, or chemicals, such as e.g. printer’s ink. The lines designed for a specific purpose include the following sequences of sub-processes and devices.
